9 Do third-party applications load and run properly?

10 Can test DHCTs buy a VOD and/or an xOD program?

11 Boot a DHCT and look at Statuses and Network Parameter Diagnostic Screen. Is
the Hub ID number displayed?
If yes, go to step 12.
If no, call Cisco Services for assistance.
12 If applicable, are the SDV channels available?
If yes, the BRF is successfully authorized and you have completed the
