  Upgrading from 2.3 to 3.0

To upgrade the previous Process Orchestrator server, see 
Using the MSSQL backend and manual upgrade script execution
Note
The DB rights discussed above are needed to run the scripts. 
To upgrade:
Step 1
Back up the database.
Step 2
Open Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio.
Step 3
Run the following scripts:
  •
\Release\DatabaseScripts\MSSQL\OrchestratorProcessUpgrade.SQL 
  •
\Release\DatabaseScripts\MSSQL\OrchestratorReportingUpgrade.SQL 
Step 4
Edit \Release\DatabaseScripts\MSSQL\OrchestratorProcessViews.SQL 
a.
Change USE [OrchestratorProcess] to USE [POProcess]
b.
Run the script.
Step 5
Install PO 3.0. Refer to 
Step 6
Verify the system works.
