The following caveats were added:

SNMP support to reset and switch cards on 
MGX devices

In previous CTM releases, the following operations were available only via 
the command-line interface (CLI). There was no SNMP support for these 
operations:

Reset a card: resetcd

Switch the PXM: switchcc

Switch the service module: switchredcd

In CTM R9.1, you can use the Card Reset operation to reset cards (resetcd) 
on MGX devices.

You can use the Switch Card operation to switch controller cards (switchcc) 
and service modules (switchredcd) on MGX devices.

Only SuperUsers and custom users with the appropriate privileges 
can reset and switch cards.

SFTP support for narrow band service module 
(NBSM) cards

CTM R9.1 provides SFTP support for uploading and downloading of 
configuration and statistics files.
