announces the end-of-sale and end-of life dates for the Cisco IP Solution
Center MPLS VPN Management 3.2 and L2 VPN Management 3.2. The last day to order
the Cisco IP Solution Center MPLS VPN Management 3.2 and L2 VPN Management 3.2
is May 11, 2007. Customers with active service contracts will continue to receive support
from the Cisco Technical Assistance Center (TAC) as shown in Table 1 of the EoL
bulletin. Table 1 describes the end-of-life milestones, definitions, and dates for the Cisco
IP Solution Center MPLS VPN Management 3.2 and L2 VPN Management 3.2. Table 2
lists the product part numbers affected by this announcement.
Customers are encouraged to migrate to the Cisco IP Solution Center (ISC) 4.2. Please note that
this bulletin does not apply to the Cisco ISC Security Management 3.2 product. That product
continues to be supported in the 3.2 product branch only.
