You can configure a VNC (Virtual Network Computing) endpoint on the MCU by choosing 
Endpoints > Add VNC. This makes it easier to add a VNC session to conferences because you can 
choose its name from a list rather than type its network address.  

You can add VNC endpoints to the MCU. This enables you to have software applications running on a 
remote computer added to a conference. For example, if a speaker has a set of slides to present 
during a conference, you can add them as a VNC endpoint. After entering the settings, click Add 
endpoint.  

  

The name of the computer used for the 
VNC application (VNC endpoint).  

  

The IP address or host name of the 
computer used for the VNC application 
(VNC endpoint).  

Note that square brackets are mandatory 
for IPv6 addresses. 

The port used for communication to the 
VNC endpoint. 

  

The VNC server password for the 
computer you're trying to view.  

  

Re-enter the VNC password.  

  

When a participant disconnects from a 
conference and only endpoints set to 
Automatic disconnection are left, all 
those participants are disconnected.  

Set to enabled if you want this endpoint to 
be automatically disconnected from 
conferences when only endpoints set to 
Automatic disconnection remain in a 
conference when any other participant has 
disconnected.
