The Cisco UBR-MC20X20V cable interface line card is designed specifically for the Cisco uBR10012
universal broadband router. This card transmits and receives RF signals between the subscriber and the
headend over hybrid fiber-coaxial (HFC) system.
The Cisco UBR-MC20X20V card has high line card CPU speed, memory, and flash memory allowing
support of Voice over IP (VoIP) at much higher call loads and a higher percentage of modems running
advanced DOCSIS features that typically consume line card CPU resources.
