How to Use the VBAdmin Tool Locally
Note: This section describes how to use the VBAdmin CLI tool locally. You can also use the
Operations Console to send H.323 commands. Refer to the Operations Console online help.

Step 1
Select Start > Programs > Cisco Unified Customer Voice Portal > H.323 Services > H.323

The H.323 Service Administration window appears.
Step 2

Step 3
When finished using VBAdmin, enter q. The VBAdmin window closes.
Note: VBAdmin commands are not case-sensitive.
How to Use the VBAdmin Tool Remotely
You can use VBAdmin from any machine running Unified ICME to remotely administer the
H.323 service.

At the DOS prompt, enter the command:
procmon Customer "Voice Browser" VB
machine-name-or-IP-of-H323-Service
