3. To set or change an agent's starting or finishing date, select the
Advanced tab. You may either type in the date manually (it is in
the format day/month/year) or:

To add a new agent
Note All agents must be associated with a person. If a person record for the new
agent does not already exist on the system, you can create one as part of

1. Fill in the Agent's Name (such as BOates or
Beth_Oates)
2. Give a description of the agent (such as a job title)
3. Select a Peripheral to create the agent on (if you
are a supervisor agent, this should usually be the
same peripheral that you use). You will not be
