Configuration Overview
This chapter provides a configuration map overview of the information you need to know about
configuring the Unified CVP call flow models. (Detailed configuration instructions are
documented in Parts 2 and 3.) The maps outline the required configuration for all Unified CVP
solution components in a call flow model, providing references to chapters in this guide or other
Cisco documents for detailed instructions.
Before using the configuration instructions in this chapter, you must first consult the Planning
Guide for Cisco Unified Customer Voice Portal
 to understand and choose the appropriate call
flow model for your site.
