The Common Name field is the only required field. It is recommended that you specify hostname
in this field, but is not enforced. With exception of Country Name, which may contain up to
two alphabetical characters, all remaining fields on this screen can contain alphanumeric
characters. Only the Email address field can contain a dash (-), period (.), underscore (_), or
at symbol (@).
Note: For fields other than Country Name, the maximum data length is limited to the length of
the field's visible area.

After you have entered the information you want to include in the certificate, click Next.
