Select Cisco Unified Customer Voice Portal / Cisco Unified Call Studio and then click
Remove.
Step 5
Click Next to begin the uninstall process.
The InstallShield Wizard removes all previously installed Unified CVP components.
When the uninstall process finishes, an Uninstall Complete screen displays. Depending on what
components you uninstalled, the uninstall process may require you to reboot your system to
complete the uninstall.
Uninstalling on AIX
To uninstall the VXML Server on AIX, perform the following steps.
Step 1
Undeploy the VXML Server from Websphere Application Server.
Step 2
Run $CVP_HOME/bin/uninstall.sh.
Unlike the Windows uninstall program, the AIX uninstall program currently does not generate
an uninstall log file.
Step 3
Optionally, delete previously configured environment variables.
