Step 4
In the Installation Key fields on the Activation... dialog box, type the installation key in the
following format: XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX.
Step 5
Click Activate >>.
Another Activation... dialog box displays.
Step 6
Select Manual Activation.
Note: Online activation is shown as an option but will not work for Call Studio production
licenses. Customers using special types of licenses (e.g., Not-For-Resale, evaluation) may use
online activation if the LicenseKey string is not present in the license text file.
Step 7
From the license text file, copy the license key and paste it into the License Key text box on the
Activation... dialog box.
The License Key text area of the Activation... dialog box will resemble the following illustration.
