Close and Unlock all CVP Related Files Before Installing
Before you attempt to install Unified CVP Release 4.0(1) or any of its associated Service Releases
or Maintenance Releases, make sure that all unnecessary applications are shut down and opened
files are closed. If a file that the Unified CVP installation program requires is locked, a failed
installation could result.
