On this screen, you can either disable support tools or specify a preshared key for the Unified
CVP Installer to use to set up Support Tools with Internet Protocol Security (IPSEC). This key
must be the same key used for the remote Support Tools server.
The following are the valid characters for the Preshared Key:
Alphanumeric characters
Space
Any of the following special characters: -.,#&/~`!@$%^*()+={}[],<>?;:
The maximum length for the Preshared Key is 255 characters.
Either enter the key in the Preshared Key field or click the Disable Support Tools box to
disable support tools. Click Next.
