#Element type definitions

The logger events listed in this configuration file are required and should not be changed.
However, the
debug
flag can be set to “true” as needed to enable debug mode.  Enabling debug
mode causes the output of this logger to be sent to System.out and System.err, causing these
messages to be logged in the application server’s console and/or logs.

There is a delay before the CVP logging classes are loaded, during which errors due to
problematic loggers (e.g. a logger being unable to communicate with the logging back-end, etc.)
may not be recorded; it is situations such as these where the
debug
 flag is useful, since the
information will be sent to the application server logging mechanism rather than the CVP
logging classes.
The SNMP Logger
This logger listens for a set of events, and sends information about these events to the SNMP log,
syslog, or CVP log.  The events that this logger handles are as follows:

Events treated as an alert (logged to SNMP and syslog):
    Application admin error
    System error
    VXML Server application startup
    VXML Server application shutdown

Events treated as an error (logged to CVP log):
    Java API error
    VoiceXML error
    XML API error
    VXML Server other error
