This manual describes the Cisco Internet Service Node (ISN). 

This document is intended for Call Center Managers, ISN System Managers, ICM/NAM System 
Managers, VoIP Technical Experts, and IVR application developers. Readers of this manual should 
already have a general understanding of the NAM product, as discussed in the Cisco Network 
Applications Manager (NAM) Product Description. Readers should be familiar with general ICM 
installation and setup procedures.
