The Call Information display appears on the main CTIToolkit Agent Desktop 
screen.
The Agent Statistics and Skill Group Statistics displays appear as a separate 
window when you click the Statistics button (the leftmost button in theTools 
section of the CTIToolkit Agent Desktop screen.).
