A successful request will result in an OnAgentStateChanged event. It may also result in OnPreLogout, 
OnPostLogout, and/or OnLogoutFailed events. If this request is unsuccessful, the client receives an 
OnControlFailureConf event.
StartMonitoringAgent
The StartMonitoringAgent method allows the client, which must be a supervisor, to start monitoring the 
specified Agent object. This call will cause the supervisor to receive all of the monitored call events (See

supervisor calls StopMonitoringAgent.
