Symptom: Agent states as indicated on the Release 5.0 CTI OS Desktop for IPCC

Symptom: After receiving a CALL_TRANSFERRED_EVENT with the
SecondaryCallID field set to -1, the CTIOS ServerNode process exited abruptly
causing the CTI Driver process to also exit.
