CtiDriver Cannot Connect to CTI Server
Symptom
Error messages in the CtiDriver console window indicate that it is
unable to establish a connection to the CTI Server.
Possible Cause
There are several possible causes, the most common of which
are related to TCP/IP networking problems. The CTIDriver console window
should display an error message with an error description. Some possible

CtiDriver may not be configured with the proper information as to the
location of CTI Server. Check the configured CTI Server hosts
(SideAHost and SideBHost) and ports (SideAPort and SideBPort) in the
