LICENSED PRODUCT IS PROVIDED AS IS WITH NO WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND

INCLUDING THE WARRANTIES OF DESIGN, MERCHANTIBILITY AND FITNESS FOR A

PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NONINFRINGEMENT, OR ARISING FROM A COURSE OF
