This document provides instructions for unpacking the Cisco CRS 8-slot LCC and its components, attaching the dolly, moving the
chassis safely to its final location, and installing the chassis in a rack. This document does not provide background information and
basic theory-of-operation for anyone wanting to understand the Cisco CRS Carrier Routing System.

This document is intended for those who unpack the Cisco CRS 8-slot LCC and Cisco installation partners who are responsible for
moving and securing the LCC. No additional knowledge of routing or the Cisco IOS XR software is assumed.
