Store and Retrieve Active Call with Call Park
About Call Park
You park a call when you want 
to store the call so that you or 
someone else can retrieve it 
from another phone in the Cisco 
Unified Communications Manager 
system (for example, a phone at a 
coworker’s desk or in a conference 
room).
In a call, tap Park.
Make a note of the number that you need to 
retrieve the parked call. If your Administrator 
has created a fixed number for this purpose, 
use that number, which you may want to 
store as a speed-dial number.
To retrieve the call from any other 
phone, call that number.
