Cisco Cisco IOS Software Release 12.4(6)T

The DHCP Relay Accounting feature allows a Cisco IOS DHCP relay agent to send a RADIUS 
accounting start packet when an address is assigned to a client and a RADIUS accounting stop packet 
when the address is released. This feature is enabled by using the accounting command with relay pools 
that use the relay destination command in DHCP pool configuration mode.
