Answer:
It is normal to deliver multiple messages on a given DCID. The ESA will gather messages for a destination
domain into a sort of delivery−queue for that domain. When a connection is made to one of the servers for
that domain, the ESA will deliver up to 50 messages from that delivery−queue on the DCID.
