The Dwell Times report shows how long clients have remained at a specific zone across a time period (Figure 45). 

The duration is measured every 15 minutes and the average is taken. This report excluded extremely short or long 

dwell time to give more balanced result. 

Steps to Generate the Report

From the Select Report Type drop-down list, choose Dwell Times. 

●

 

From the Date From drop-down list, choose a start date. 

●

 

From the Start Time drop-down list, choose a start time. 

●

 

From the End Time drop-down list, choose an end time.
