Question:
How do I turn off the read−receipt for Registered Envelopes on the Encryption Appliance?
Environment: Cisco IronPort Encryption Appliance (IEA)
You can turn off read receipts by clicking on the Configuration > SMTP Module > Applications >
RegisteredEnvelopeEnrolled application then the Registered Envelope tab. There is a checkbox −− 'Send
Return Receipt' −− that you can uncheck.
