This section describes the new features and enhancements in AsyncOS for Email Security 8.0. For more

New Features in Release 8.0.1
Option to choose 
whether to save 
the current 
configuration for 
rollback on CLI
While performing a commit action on CLI, you can now choose whether to save the 
current configuration for rollback. If you choose not to save the current 
configuration for rollback, the commit actions will be faster. 
Support for new 
hardware
This release supports the new C380 and C680 appliances. 
Remote power 
management 
You can now remotely reset the power to the appliance chassis. You must configure 
this feature in advance if you want it to be available when you need it. For more 
information, see Cisco AsyncOS for Email User Guide. 
Note
This feature is available only on C380 and C680 hardware.
