Editing Text Resources
To edit an existing text resource:

On the Mail Policies > Text Resources page, click the name of the text resource
you want to edit. The Edit Text Resource page is displayed.

Deleting Text Resources
You can delete text resources from the Text Resources page. However, please note

Any message filters that reference the deleted text resource are marked as

To delete a text resource:

Delete column for the text resource you want to delete. A confirmation message
is displayed.
