Web Interaction Tracking
Open the Web Interaction Tracking report and drill down to additional
data on users that clicked on rewritten links and the disposition of the
web clicks.
Step 6 Click to open the Monitor > Web Interaction Tracking report
The top sections include the
Top Malicious URLs clicked by end users
and
Top Users who clicked on Malicious URLs. These reports help
identify the users in your organization who may need remedial training
on using URLs in emails.
Similar to other reports, elements in blue are clickable, allowing you to
get deeper into the data. For example, clicking the first URL in the “Top
Malicious URLs clicked by end users” section reveals the user who
clicked, the date and time of the click, why the URL was rewritten (by
Outbreak Filters or Content Filters), and the action taken on the URL.
The bottom section of Web Interaction Tracking shows the
Web
Interaction Tracking Details report element. This lists the latest URLs
that users have clicked and their disposition – the number of allowed or
blocked URLs. The URL is clickable and takes you to the Click Tracking
Details report page for the URL, similar to clicking a URL in the
Top
Malicious URLs clicked by end users.
Note:
The “Unknown” column simply lists URLs that are either
unreachable or that are undergoing further scrutiny by the proxy.
