Usage Guidelines
Use this command to statistics for all instances of the specified manager.
When this command is issued in any context other than the local context, only instances of the specified
manager for the current context have the statistics cleared. When the current context is the local context,
all instances of the specified manager type in all contexts have the statistics cleared.
