enforce-first-as 
Enforces the first Autonomous System (AS) for Exterior Border Gateway Protocol (eBGP) routes. An AS is a connected 
group of one or more Internet Protocol prefixes run by one or more network operators which has a single and clearly 
defined routing policy (RFC  1930).

Disables the enforcement of the first AS for Exterior Border Gateway Protocol (eBGP) routes. 
enforce-first-as
 
Enables the enforcement of the first AS for Exterior Border Gateway Protocol (eBGP) routes. 
Usage 
Use this command to enforce the use of the first AS for EBGP routes.
