  Whenever service counts volume, it counts all packets that the relevant analyzers accepted. 

  If a TCP packet is routed to the HTTP analyzer but there is no HTTP payload, then the TCP statistics 

will be updated but the HTTP statistics will not be updated (except for the “packets ignored by the HTTP analyzer” 
statistic). 

 

Following command sets the charging volume of downlink packets for RTP:
