gtpp trigger 
Disables GTPP trigger conditions that cause either partial CDR record closure or opening of a new CDR record 
container. GTPP Triggers are specified in 3GPP TS 32.251 v6.6.0. All GTPP trigger changes take effect immediately, 
except volume-limit
