Configures the cause code to send in a ATTACH ACCEPT or TAU ACCEPT to a UE that attachment to the VLR has 
failed because a VLR down condition is present.

Syntax
 
local-cause-code-mapping vlr-down emm-cause-code { congestion | cs-domain-unavailable | 
imsi-unknown-in-hlr | msc-temp-unreachable | network-failure } 
 
remove local-cause-code-mapping vlr-down  
remove local-cause-code-mapping vlr-down
 
Removes the configured cause code mapping. 
vlr-down emm-cause-code  emm_cause_code
 
Specifies the EPS Mobility Management (EMM) cause code to return when a VLR down condition is 
present. 
emm_cause_code
 must be one of the following options: 
 
congestion
 
 
cs-domain-unavailable
 
 
imsi-unknown-in-hlr
 
 
msc-temp-unreachable
- Default. 
 
network-failure
 
Usage 
Use this command to configure the cause code returned to a UE when a VLR down condition is present.

To set the cause codes for situations where a call control profile cannot be attached to a call (for example 
new-call restrictions, congestion during new call attempt, etc.), use the 
local-cause-code-mapping
