CAMEL Service Configuration Mode Commands 
 
The CAMEL Service configuration mode provides a set of commands to define the parameters for the Customized 
Applications for Mobile networks Enhanced Logic (CAMEL) service functionality and the CAMEL interface - the Ge 
interface. 
CAMEL service enables operators of 2.5G/3G networks to provide operator-specific services (such as prepaid GPRS 
service and prepaid SMS service) to subscribers, even when the subscribers are roaming outside their home public land 
mobile network (HPLMN). 
Mode
 
Exec > Global Configuration > Context Configuration > CAMEL Service Configuration 
configure > context context_name > camel-service service_name
 
Entering the above command sequence results in the following prompt: 
[context_name]host_name(config-camel-service)#
