CSCsq03569—The client does not reassociate with the access point after manual deauthentication
A controller is configured so that Management Frame Protection (MFP) is optional on the wireless
LAN. The client associates with WPA2 with MFP and AES-CCMP. The controller shows that the
client has negotiated MFP successfully. After the controller issues a deauthentication frame to the
client, however, the client does not reassociate successfully.
Workaround: Reattempt to reconnect using the same profile.
CSCsq03578—The client does not reassociate with the access point after the access point sets client
MFP to none
The client does not reassociate successfully after the access point sets client MFP from optional to
none.
Workaround: Reattempt to reconnect using the same profile.
