liability. The Cisco Catalyst Blade Switch 3040 is a component of the Cisco Self-Defending Network, where security is built in at every 

network level.  

Cisco offers multiple options to address a full range of data center networking requirements. The Cisco Catalyst Blade Switch 3040 

complements the proven Cisco Catalyst 6500 Series Switches and Cisco Catalyst 4948 Switch (Figure 3). All of these server access 

solutions are manageable with CiscoWorks LAN Management Solution.
