As an operator, you can set up notifications and AnyConnect download URL for various events for a Cloud
VPN service.

VMS Portal provides support to trigger notifications when certain events occur:

• Both REST and Email communication modes are supported for all of the notifications where Service

Provider is the recipient. However, only Email notifications are supported where End User is
concerned.

• Email notifications are sent only when you have configured email client.
