Creates a Network Registrar ACL object.

Request:

POST /web-services/rest/resource/ACL
Accept: application/xml, application/json, application/x-www-form-urlencoded 

These required ACL properties must be specified in the input object or form: 
  name: The name of the ACL.

Response:

Returns the location of the new ACL object

Deletes the specified Network Registrar ACL object.

DELETE /web-services/rest/resource/ACL/{objectName} 
objectName: the string representation of the ACL name property

Modifies or creates the specified list of Network Registrar ACL objects.
