Prerequisites
To start the recovery process, make sure that you have:

Recovery kit—The Recovery kit has two DVDs. DVD 1 has the ESXi installable and DVD 2 has the
Cisco Prime Network Registrar OVF (Open Virtualization Format). You can find both the local and
regional OVFs in DVD 2.
