Introduction
Cisco Info Center is a Service-Level Management (SLM) system that provides a consolidated view of
enterprise-wide events and status information. It collects event streams or messages from many different
data sources and presents a single, consistent view of the current state of all Cisco Info Center managed
systems. It distributes the event information to the operators and administrators responsible for
monitoring service levels.
