announces the end-of-sale and end-of life dates for the Cisco Info Center
legacy product part numbers. The last day to order the Cisco Info Center legacy product
part numbers is September 7, 2007. Customers with active service contracts will continue
to receive support from the Cisco Technical Assistance Center (TAC) as shown in Table
1 of the EoL bulletin. Table 1 describes the end-of-life milestones, definitions, and dates
for the Cisco Info Center legacy product part numbers. Table 2 lists the product part
numbers affected by this announcement.
The Cisco Info Center legacy product part numbers shown in Table 2 are affected. However, the
individual Cisco Info Center components that make up the select solution parts are still available
and not part of this announcement. The individual Cisco Info Center components that replace the
select solution parts are indicated in the replacement columns of Table 2 below.
Customers are encouraged to order the recommended Cisco Info Center replacement product part
numbers as listed in Table 2 below. Where no direct replacement part number is indicated, the
customer is encouraged to contact the local account representative to discuss which Cisco Info
Center solution is most appropriate.
