announces the end-of-sale and end-of life dates for the Legacy Cisco
Info Center Products. The last day to order the Legacy Cisco Info Center Products is
August 2, 2007. Customers with active service contracts will continue to receive support
from the Cisco Technical Assistance Center (TAC) as shown in Table 1 of the EoL
bulletin. Table 1 describes the end-of-life milestones, definitions, and dates for the Legacy
Cisco Info Center Products. Table 2 lists the product part numbers affected by this
announcement.
The Select Solution Part Numbers shown in Table 2 are affected. However, the individual Cisco
Info Center components that comprise the Select Solution Part Numbers are still available and not
part of this announcement. The individual Cisco Info Center components that replace the Select
Solution Part Numbers are indicated in the replacement columns of Table 2 below. Customers are
encouraged to order the recommended Cisco Info Center replacement product part numbers as
listed in Table 2 below. Where no direct replacement part number is indicated the customer is
encouraged to contact their local account representative to discuss which Cisco Info Center
solution is most appropriate.
