The VC value is incorrect in the VC tab of an ONS 15600 NE STMxx card.
Conditions
This problem occurs on a circuit created with STMxx cards.
Workaround
Use CTC to view the VC value. Alternately, install the latest CTM R9.2 patch. See

Symptom
DCC termination points of an ONS 15600 NE ASAP card are not shown from the DCC tab.
Conditions
This problem occurs when DCC termination points are created on port numbers different
from 1-x-x.
Workaround
None.

Symptom
Real time PM Optical data for ONS 15600 NE ASAP cards show valid values for OSC Power.
Values should not be displayed for OSC Power.
