Description
This interface deletes the VCAT specified in the input. Prime Optical generates an object

Synopsis
Description
This interface adds a member SNC to the VCAT that is specified in the input. Prime Optical
generates an attribute value change event for the VCAT SNC that was modified due to the
addition of the new SNC(s), and an object creation event for the member L1 SNCs that were
created.

For each new member, you must specify an additional creation parameter called
“vcatMemberId,” which is a unique number from 1 to 256. The value that you choose cannot be
