3.3.29  createServerTrailLink
Synopsis
Description
This interface enables an NMS to create a server trail link manually between two MEs. Prime
Optical supports the server trail link creation between MEs belonging to the same multilayer
subnetwork. Prime Optical generates an object creation event notification when a new server trail
link is created.
  STLCreateData_T is a Prime Optical-defined data structure. The TMF proposed this structure and
included it in the TMF 3.0 specification.
  Prime Optical creates the server trail link between two CTPs even if there are no existing physical
link connections in the network.
