Synopsis
Description
This interface is used to merge or configure a list of SNCs to the SNC reported in the
masterSncName. This interface supports STRICT MERGE and LOOSE MERGE as operation
types from the OSS. The LOOSE MERGE option in SncUpgradeInfo_T is available only if a
strict operation failed and the OSS receives a processing failure exception with
EXCPT_STRICT_MERGE_FAILED.
There is no restriction in GateWay/CORBA to prevent a LOOSE MERGE operation from the
OSS during a normal call.
