  Prime Optical-Supported NE Software Releases
Prime Optical-Supported NE Software Releases
Before updating the software image on an NE, verify whether the NE software version is supported in 
this Prime Optical release. If you add an unsupported NE software version, the Prime Optical server 
might not communicate with one or more NEs in the domain, causing erroneous behavior.

Support for customizing views on Circuit 
Reports
Prime Optical supports customizing the views on Circuit Reports in the 
following ways:
All—Lists data in the Circuit Report.
Simple Filter—Enables you to filter data based on some simple condition.
Custom View—Enables you to filter data based on a set of conditions.
Save Custom View—You can save the custom views for future use, using 
either of the following two ways:
Public—Contains the customized view reports that the SuperUser 
created.
Private—Contains the customized view reports that the other users 
created.
Manage Custom Views—Enables you to edit or delete the existing 
customized views in the circuit reports.
Auto-Refresh—Allows you to update the data that has been added.
Quick Filter—Allows you to quickly and easily filter data.
Support for transferring the data among 
Spans, CTPs, and WSON Reports
Prime Optical allows you to select the data in the primary report, and the 
selected data automatically appears in the secondary report.
Support for Audit Log
Prime Optical 9.8 supports the following new functionality for the audit logs:
