Circuit State Representation

For ODU circuits on NCS 4000 devices, the properties of a circuit’s protection profile can be viewed 
in the Provisioning Wizard but they cannot be modified.
Carrier Ethernet
Ability to provision E-Line EVCs over LAG interfaces.
Ability to set the administrative state of an EVC when creating the EVC and to modify it during EVC 
modification. In the Provisioning wizard, there is a new Activate checkbox which, when checked, 
sets the administrative state to Up. 
L3 VPN
Ability to modify Layer 3 VPN services by adding Virtual Routing Forwarding (VRF) instances.
You can add up to three VRF instances to an L3VPN service. Each VRF is associated with a different 
device. 
To add VRFs to a L3 VPN service:
a.
Select the service in the Circuit/VCs list anc click Edit.
b.
Select Add VRF, and enter the required information.
c.
Deploy the service.
d.
Follow the above procedure for each subsequent VRF to be added to the service.
